4. Programme Enrolment and Payment

When you enroll in one of our programmes:

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration
  • Payment is required in advance unless other arrangements are made
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by You

  • More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but you may transfer to another participant or reschedule once (subject to availability)
  • For one-to-one coaching: 24 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling without charge

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel a programme, you will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to an alternative date or programme of equal value.

6. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

For participants under 18, parents or guardians are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions
  • Informing us of any special needs or circumstances that may affect participation
  • Reviewing programme materials and supporting learning at home

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide our website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
